Delete your Lily account

You can permanently delete your account inside Lily. You do not need to contact support first.

In the app

  1. Open Lily and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Review what will happen, then confirm.

What gets deleted?

Your account and identifying information are permanently deleted. If you are the only member of a family, its care history is also deleted. If a partner remains in the shared family, shared care history stays available to them and you are removed from the family.

Can’t access Lily?

Email hello@cosmickettle.com from the address linked to your account. We will verify the request before deleting it.
