Privacy Policy
Effective 23 October 2026. Lily is designed to collect only what it needs to provide your care log.
Information you provide
Lily stores the baby name you choose and care entries such as nursing sessions, bottle and pumping amounts, diaper events, notes and timestamps. If you secure your account, we also receive your account identifier, name and email address from Apple or Google.
Guest and synced use
You can use Lily without providing a name or email address. Lily creates a private anonymous account, keeps a local copy of your care log and syncs it to our cloud database. Signing in secures access to that account, and Partner sync lets invited family members share the same log across devices.
Services we use
We use Firebase for authentication and family data synchronisation, Apple or Google for optional sign-in, and RevenueCat and Apple for purchase access. These providers process the information needed to deliver their services under their own privacy terms.
How we use information
We use your information to operate Lily, sync shared logs, restore purchases, provide support and keep the service reliable. We do not sell personal information or use your care log for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Your data remains while your anonymous or signed-in account is active. Removing the app does not by itself guarantee deletion of cloud data. You can permanently delete your account from Settings in Lily. If you are the only family member, the family and its care history are deleted. If another family member remains, shared history stays with that family and your identifying account information is removed.
Children and health information
Lily is for parents and caregivers, not for use by children. It is a record-keeping tool and does not provide medical advice. Contact a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns.
